Consent and Release:

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Happy Healing Inc. and The Happy Healing Store (collectively "the Company") the irrevocable right and permission to record, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, digital images, or any other form of media (collectively "Media") for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, advertising, and web content related to the promotion of the Company's products, services, or events.

I understand that:

No compensation will be provided for my participation or the use of my image, likeness, or voice.
The Media may be edited, altered, or modified at the Company's discretion.
I release the Company from all liability related to the use of my image, likeness, or voice in the Media.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

Additional Terms:

I affirm that I am over the age of 18 and have the right to grant this consent.

This agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

Disclaimer and Confirmation:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Medical Advice: I acknowledge that any information, products, or services provided by the Company are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. I am not relying on the Company for medical advice, and I will consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical conditions or concerns.
Personal Responsibility: I take full responsibility for my health decisions and actions. I agree to seek professional medical advice for any health-related questions or issues.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to my participation in any activity, event, or use of any product or service provided by the Company.
