Return Policy


Prior to placing your order, please be advised that we are unable to accept returns for our Fenben products.
This policy went into effect on 9-15-2021.
All sales of Fenben are final due to handling restrictions imposed that are out of our control.
We apologize for any overall inconvenience.
To receive a refund on any other products, please firstly complete the Contact Us Return Request to receive a Return Authorization Number before mailing your product back to us. Please include your order number in your request.
Accordingly, to qualify for a return and receive a refund, your product must have been received within the past 15 days, be unopened, in its original condition with all seals in tact. If approved please mail your product back to us at:

Once we receive your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment later on, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly, check your bank account again. 
Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We don’t offer exchanges. However, if your item qualifies for a return, please follow instructions above for a return.  Moreover, we will refund your money and you can reorder.
