We sincerely apologize, but we cannot ship to Alberta, Canada, at this time due to packages being seized. We hope to restore shipping to Alberta soon, but we do not have a timeline for this yet. Notice for Customers in New Zealand

As of January 2025, all orders being sent to New Zealand must be completed at your own risk. There have been numerous reports from orders that have been stopped or seized by MedSafe. While we disagree with the rationale, we do not have the final say in what does and does not get through. Please note before completing your purchase that orders that do not make it through MedSafe can not be refunded and will be considered abandoned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. For further assistance, please contact our support team.

International Orders Policy

Please note that Happy Healing sends all packages with FedEx International service. Your contact information will be listed on the commercial invoice related to your order.

Many times, FedEx will need to contact you by email or phone for additional information or to arrange delivery, so please use the correct information they will require when you order. It is your responsibility to respond if contacted.

Please note that FedEx WILL be collecting import duties and taxes for your Happy Healing order. The amount will be calculated according to your country’s rates and based on the full retail value of your products plus shipping.

We have no control over this situation because your government, not Happy Healing, is charging for these.

Because of the continually changing regulations in the many countries we serve, Happy Healing can offer NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on international orders in any case other than the packages being lost in transit. FedEx will destroy any packages that are unable to be delivered. If you would like to cancel your order as a result of duties, taxes, or other fees assessed due to international shipping, you are forfeiting your rights to your order, and all payment received will be deemed final.

Please check your country’s laws and regulations to ensure there will be no problems with the products you are ordering.
