Within 2 business days, the method you choose will ship your order. We need time to make sure that your order is correct.

RATES

We try to get the best rates for our customers; however, shipping costs continue to rise amidst this time of increasing demand. Whatever is calculated at checkout is the price you will pay as well as the exact price that we will pay. We are continuously trying to get our rates down, and as our volume increases, our shipping costs should decrease.

INTERNATIONAL

Please note that Happy Healing sends all packages with FedEx International service. Your contact information will be listed on the commercial invoice related to your order.

Many times, FedEx will need to contact you by email or phone for additional information or to arrange delivery, so please use the correct information they will need when you order. It is your responsibility to respond if contacted.

FedEx may assess duties and taxes on behalf of your country’s authorities, and you are responsible for paying these. We have no control over this situation because your government, not Happy Healing, is charging for these. However, please note that we do everything within our power to reduce these costs, and in many countries, Fenben products are charged at a zero or reduced tax rate.

Because of the continually changing regulations in the many countries we serve, Happy Healing can offer NO REFUNDS on international orders in any case other than the packages being lost in transit. FedEx will destroy any packages that are unable to be delivered.
