Returns 

All returns must be postmarked within the last 14 days. If it is longer that 14 days, the return will not be accepted for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The name used on the original order will suffice if you do not have the receipt or packing slip.

We reserve the right to deny and and all returns for any or no reason, as we see fit. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email to the email on file.

Refunds
Once we receive your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, please follow instructions above for a return.  We will refund your money and you can reorder.
