Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We typically process orders within 1 business day. The method you choose will ship your order. We need time to make sure that your order is correct.

RATES

We are always trying to negotiate the best rates for our customers. Your rates will be calculated at checkout, and the customer pays exactly what we pay for shipping – no markup. We are continuously trying to get our rates down, and as our volume increases, our shipping costs should decrease.

For FedEx Domestic Shipping, we utilize FedEx One Rate. FedEx One Rate is typically delivered in 2 business days within the continental US. For an additional fee, you can request signature delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for any orders that are placed with the wrong address used. The customer must reach out to the shipping provider and correct the address. If the issue can not be resolved, the order will be deemed as “shipped” and is not eligible for refund.

Duplicate Orders

If there are duplicate orders that are placed from the same account, we will do our best to contact you, the buyer via email to determine if the duplication was intentional. If we do not hear from the buyer within one week, the order will be deemed intentional and shipped out to the address on file. Once the order has shipped, all additional policies apply (shipping, refund/return, etc.).

Happy Healing sends all packages with FedEx International service. Please see our international orders policy for details.
