Important notice (not legal or medical advice): This Subscription Purchasing Terms of Service (these “Subscription Terms”) governs your enrollment in and use of the subscription purchasing program (the “Subscription Program”) for Fenben and non-Fenben products offered on thehappyhealingstore.com (the “Site”). By enrolling in the Subscription Program, you agree to these Subscription Terms, the Site’s general Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not enroll. These Subscription Terms do not provide medical advice and Fenben products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- The Subscription Program is available only in jurisdictions where we lawfully ship and sell.
- You must create and maintain a Site account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Definitions
- “Fenben Products” means Happy Healing Fenben related items designated as eligible for subscription on the Site.
- “Order Interval” means the recurring period you select (e.g., every month, two months, three months) for automatic orders.
- “Billing Date” means the date your payment method is charged for each subscription order.
3. Enrollment & Order Flow
- When you enroll, your first order will process immediately (unless explicitly scheduled at checkout). Subsequent orders will process automatically per the selected Order Interval until you cancel.
- Order cutoffs: Changes made less than 48 hours before the next Billing Date may not apply to that cycle. If so, they take effect the following cycle.
- You may manage your subscription (pause, skip,/address, or cancel) through your account dashboard or by contacting us (see Section 19).
4. Pricing, Discounts & Changes
- Subscription pricing is shown on eligible product pages and at checkout. Subscription savings (if any) apply only to active subscription orders and may differ from one-time purchase pricing.
- Price changes: We may change prices or shipping fees at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice (e.g., email) for increases applicable to your active subscription. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change’s effective date.
- Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars.
5. Payment Authorization & Failed Payments
- You authorize us (and our payment processors) to automatically charge your saved payment method for each subscription cycle, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or notify you to update your payment method. We may pause or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be processed.
- You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method on file.
6. Taxes, Duties & Shipping
- Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be added where required by law or policy and shown at checkout (where calculable) or in your order confirmation.

- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier.
- Shipping destinations, carriers, and timelines may vary and are subject to change. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Unless otherwise required by law or stated on the product page, opened and unopened Fenben Products are not eligible for return due. Unopened non-Fenben items in original condition may be returnable subject to our returns policy provided on thehappyhealingstore.com; shipping is non‑refundable.
- To initiate a return or inquire about an exchange, contact us before sending any product back (see Section 19). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned items.
8. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel or suspend at any time
- Orders already processing or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- “Pending Cancellation” shown in the subscription status page in user accounts means no charge will be made.
9. Free Trials & Promotional Offers
- If a free trial or promotional discount applies to your subscription, the terms disclosed at sign‑up govern (e.g., trial length, introductory price). After the promotional period, standard subscription pricing will apply unless you cancel before the end of the promotional period.
- Promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
10. Product Availability & Substitutions
- All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and discontinue or modify products at any time.
- If an item is out of stock, we may offer alternatives, partial shipments, backorders, or cancel the affected line item with a refund; we will notify you and you may cancel if you do not want an alternative or delay.
11. Quality, Safety & Use; No Medical Advice
- Fenben Products should be used strictly according to label directions. Do not exceed recommended uses.
- We do not provide medical advice. Content on the Site or in communications is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether products are appropriate for you and for consulting a healthcare professional as needed.
12. Compliance & Regulatory Disclaimers
- Statements regarding Fenben Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or other regulators unless expressly indicated.
- Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Regulatory status of fenbendazole may vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for complying with local laws.
13. Communications Consent
- By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional emails, texts, and/or push notifications about your subscription (e.g., order confirmations, payment issues, shipment notices, pause/cancel confirmations). You may manage non‑transactional marketing preferences through your account or unsubscribe links.
- Some notices may be required by law and are part of your Subscription Program participation.
14. Errors; Order Review
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies (including pricing, availability, and shipping information) and to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors, even after submission, subject to a refund if you were charged.
15. License & Restrictions
The Subscription Program is provided for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not resell products purchased via subscription without our prior written consent.
16. Suspension or Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for suspected fraud, abuse, violation of the Agreement, or to comply with law or safety concerns. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid amounts for undelivered items.
17. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your subscription or use of Fenben Products, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Subscription Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the specific subscription order(s) giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
18. Warranties; Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, the Subscription Program and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement.

22. Changes to the Subscription Program or These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms or modify or discontinue the Subscription Program. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Changes are effective on the stated effective date. If you do not agree, cancel before the effective date.
